For more than 65 years, Career Strategies has been helping thousands of individuals obtain meaningful employment opportunities and develop successful careers. Offering expert guidance and proven strategies, we provide personal attention every step of the way to help each client achieve his or her career goals. Our wide range of Career Management Services may be tailored to meet your specific objectives, requirements and budget.

  • Assessment to identify skills, natural aptitudes, personality preferences, interests, work and leadership styles, and career priorities

Services are for age 16 or older, and for all occupations and industries.

Services for the Jewish Community

While over the years, we have expanded our services to a greater number of residents in the Delaware Valley, our commitment to the Jewish community and organizations heritage remains strong. Through Career Strategies, we provide the Jewish community with a broad range of career and educational programs that are sensitive to the traditions inherent in Jewish life.

Services

  • Job assessment, readiness and placement assistance for unemployed and underemployed Jewish women through our Working for Success program
  • Job assessment, readiness and placement assistance for unemployed and underemployed Jews under the age of 65 through helpinghands, a collaboration between several Philadelphia social service agencies
  • Franklin C. Ash Summer Internship Program for Jewish full-time college students
  • Tuttleman/Lasko Internship Program for at-risk Jewish high school juniors
  • Gesher L’Machar Internship Program for Orthodox female high school juniors
  • New Linkages Program for Jewish college students
  • PSAT, SAT, ACT, GRE, and SAT Subject Test preparation and college consulting
  • Career guidance for Jewish professionals in transition
  • Series of free seminars and support groups related to career development at local synagogues, libraries, and community centers
